Terms of Service

You (the seller, realtor, home owner, or party responsible for scheduling this tour)

• Is the actual owner, or has been given permission by the owner to represent the owner, trying to sell or rent this home.

• Agree to be at the location of the tour at the time you have scheduled on homideo.com or with a Homideo representative.

• Will provide Homideo LLC with the correct listing price of the property and will provide proof of the correct listing price if requested by Homideo LLC and its partners.

• Will pay Homideo LLC and its partners the difference in payment if Homideo LLC finds that the listing price is found to be higher than originally stated.

• Agree and understand that the video tour is not to be used outside of Homideo.com unless you purchase a digital copy or unbranded copy of the tour from Homideo.

• Take full responsibility of the information provided on this listing which includes pricing, features, property history, along with any other property information to be listed on Homideo.com

• Are aware that full payment is needed after the tour is completed in order for Homideo to post your tour on Homideo.com and, if necessary, mail you any digital copies of the tour for use on other listing websites. The tour is “completed” when Homideo has a finalized copy of the tour which will be previewed to you.

• If provided with a digital copy you shall not put a logo, name, photo or text on the video without the consent of Homideo. You are only permitted to use the video as Homideo has provided it to you.

• Agree not to download or display the video preview, which Homideo provides to you online for approval, to anyone besides yourself and any other parties involved in the selling or renting of the property which was recorded. These individuals may include home owners, Realtors, or any third party seller which you wish to seek opinion from. The use of this video outside of the mentioned reasons is not permitted.

• Agree not to breach this contract and use this tour for any purpose outside of what was mentioned in the previous points above.
